Rick Vaccaro City Council member chaired the Solano County Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission. Vaquero served on the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District’s Discipline Committee and trained Solano County area school administrators on how to deal with at-risk Solano students. Rick Vaccaro City Counci lmember has been instrumental in coaching, supporting, and mentoring struggling school administrators.
